Shirley Kirsch

Shirley Kirsch was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. At the age of four she began to take ballet lessons and danced almost all her life – it was her love! After she married, she immigrated to Israel in 1964. She taught ballet at the Bat Dor Dance School for 24 years, until she retired. She was fortunate to have four children and ten grandchildren. When she retired, she joined ESRA and with a friend, was in charge of the knitting and crochet circle in Tel Aviv. She was always so proud to be a part of ESRA. Shirley passed away in 2013.
